All the chemicals that can pass the blood brain barrier are going to affect your personality, and of course there's more examples. We will not be able to perfectly copy a person, but we might be able to copy what we consider the important aspects of personality. It wouldn't be the same person just a similar person. However, if you want to get nit picky, we are also different people moment to moment, because the matter in our bodies is changing.
